We understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment you have made.
We respectfully ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel your appointment. Even if you need to cancel with less that 24 hours notice, please call as soon as you know you must cancel. A cancellation call, even during the counseling day, lets us reschedule our work.
To cancel, please call the telephone number for the branch where your appointment is scheduled. Please click here for the list of branches and telephone numbers. If you leave a message, please give your name and the time of the appointment you are cancelling.
Unfortunately, a few SCORE clients have been repeated no-shows for their counseling appointments. This is very rare, but for the good of our clients and our volunteer counselors, we must reserve the right to refuse appointments to clients who repeatedly fail to show up without cancelling.
